Hand-crafted
pools, built for
generations.
All-tile custom pools, spas, and integrated outdoor living throughout Washington State, engineered with 10″ rebar-reinforced waterproofed concrete shells and porcelain interiors that maintain their beauty for a lifetime.
No plastic. No vinyl. No fiberglass. No plaster.
A portfolio of
signature builds.
All-tile pools,
built for 50+ years.
10″ rebar-reinforced concrete shells, two coats of waterproofing, porcelain coping, and full porcelain-tile interiors, a finish that resists chemicals, fading, staining, and discoloration for decades where plaster fails in seven to fifteen years.
From vision to
breathtaking space.
Engineering, permitting, material selection, and construction stay under one roof, with one dedicated crew on site and one point of contact throughout.
Under Rick Newton's leadership, nothing is handed off to a rotating cast of subcontractors. The same people who engineer the shell pour it, tile it, and walk you through it on swim day, then stay on for long-term service.
Based in Cashmere. Building throughout Washington State.
"Over thirty years, we've learned exactly one thing: build it once, build it right, and it never has to be built again."

you break ground.
How is a custom pool project shaped?
Every pool is engineered for its own site. We walk the property, hear the vision, study the architecture and landscape, and shape a clear direction before anything is committed to paper. Unlike plaster or fiberglass, an all-tile finish never needs the resurfacing those finishes require every 7 to 15 years.
Why an all-tile pool instead of plaster, fiberglass, or vinyl?
Plaster finishes typically last 7 to 15 years and fiberglass 10 to 15. A properly built porcelain all-tile pool can last 50 years or more, resisting chemical corrosion, fading, staining, and discoloration, over a 10 inch rebar-reinforced concrete shell with two coats of waterproofing.
How long does a custom pool build take?
Timelines depend on scope, site conditions, and permitting. Design and engineering come first, then construction runs with one dedicated crew and weekly updates through to the final walk-through. You get a realistic schedule for your project during design, before construction starts.
Do you handle engineering and permits?
Yes. Under Rick Newton's leadership we streamline every layer of the project, engineering, permitting, material selection, and construction, so you have one point of contact from vision to swim day.
Can a pool be used year-round in Washington?
Yes. Integrated cover systems reduce evaporation and heat loss, about 70% of a pool's energy is lost off the water surface, air-source heat pumps operate down to -4 degrees F, and automation controls pumps, valves, heaters, lighting, and water chemistry, so spas, spools, and pools can be enjoyed well outside of summer.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cashmere and build throughout Washington State, including Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Quincy, Ellensburg, Yakima, the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, Moses Lake, Spokane, and the Puget Sound region.
